Sodding / Seeding

No yard looks complete until turf is established. For an "instant yard" we can install sod (303 Blend Kentucky Bluegrass). Many clients choose to have their yards seeded. We use Sunny 100 which includes a variety of Kentucky Bluegrass, fescues and ryes. Nice for new lawns or overseeding in sunny areas. Shady 100 is used for areas with less sunlight.
