We also have colored bark. Colors include red, rose,
gold, black, and plain.
Stone Mulches
When using a 3/4” stone mulch you will want to use a 2”
depth because the smaller stone will compact with less.
When using a 1 ½” – 2” stone you will want to use a 3”
depth because the larger stones make larger voids.
Bark Mulches
When applying bark mulch for the first time you will
want to use a 3” depth to get the correct coverage and
better weed prevention. Weed barrier is suggested. When
topdressing existing bark you will want to use a 1” – 2”
depth to spruce up the look.
All of our topsoil is under cover to keep it dry
throughout the year. We have regular topsoil which works
great for large projects in which a few clumps are not a
concern. Our shredded topsoil is an excellent choice for
planters and gardens. This topsoil is shredded very fine
which makes smaller jobs like minor lawn repair
easier.
